Leading Through Uncertainty: Two Keynotes in Atlantic Canada

Tareq Hadhad recently addressed audiences at Richardson Wealth and Keller Williams Canada, sharing lessons from building Peace by Chocolate and leading a business through uncertainty.

The two events brought together hundreds of professionals and entrepreneurs, with discussions centred on moving forward through setbacks and growing a business without losing sight of its purpose.

At Keller Williams Canada, Hadhad addressed a couple hundred entrepreneurs from across Atlantic Canada and beyond, receiving standing ovations at the beginning and end of his keynote.

The discussion covered the difficult days of entrepreneurship and the decisions involved in starting over. Hadhad also spoke about thinking bigger while remaining connected to the values that shaped a business in the first place.
At Richardson Wealth, Hadhad spoke to more than 200 members of the company’s community. His keynote explored how leaders can make decisions without having every answer and give their teams confidence when the path ahead is unclear.

“Growth and giving back belong in the same business plan,” Hadhad shared, highlighting the role that community involvement plays in his approach to entrepreneurship.

The address also examined how business owners respond to failure and maintain their ambition when circumstances encourage caution. Drawing on his family’s experience, Hadhad discussed why waiting for a more predictable world cannot be the foundation of a business strategy.

Both appearances brought the experience behind Peace by Chocolate into broader discussions about leadership, with an emphasis on how businesses can grow while contributing to the communities around them.
